CNC Processing

The mechanical processing of cast and steel materials for the most diverse applications is part of our core business. A modern plant with 24 CNC centers is at our disposal to deal with your requirements. Whether turning or milling operation, we manufacture with high precision and repeat accuracy. Our Zeiss 3D measuring machine logs our quality, if necessary also within a µ.

Manufacture of Tools and Fixtures

Our extensive know-how in production technology can be impressively verified by means of our client-specific solutions on fixtures. A stable clamping assembly facilitates consistent and repeatable quality, no matter how complex your component is. Our staff will find the most appropriate clamping solution for all situations. All devices are constructed and manufactured on the premises. We therefore are able to cater for your specific needs with flexibility.

Assembly

We also supply completely mounted individual components or complex assemblies.
